Define process for adding entities

## Acceptance criteria

Consolidate the "Adding Entities" section of the description of fetchai/ecosystem-tasks#43 with the state of e2e testing. Update the instructions such that it would have contributors producing code and tests which are consistent with our current testing tools and methodology.
