Bugfixes

• IF ELSE IF chains can (and should) also be implemented for code export to other languages (like the C family) #1148 implemented for bash and ksh
• Export option "No conversion of expression/instruction contents" is not consequently observed and may even cause errors #1210 Bash/ksh export still produced unwelcome return workarounds to be disabled in case of active "No conversion ..." export option, likewise unwelcome typeset commands on ksh export.
• C code export was vulnerable to alter the disabled state of TRY elements #1219: Thread-safe implementation.
• Comment drawing in the elements should neither trim the lines nor skip empty lines. #1221
• Minor flaws on bash/ksh code generation (w.r.t. CASE elements) #1222
• Approaches to a representation of TRY elements in bash code #1223
