Description

Updates to claude context and project scoped settings

Changes Made

  • Updated CLAUDE.md
  • Added reference to local project context in home-folder so devs can set their own memories there
  • Added .claude/settings.json files with default permission sets
  • Updated .gitignore to ignore local .claude/settings.local.json files, but keep standard settings files
