Unable to create shield resource for guard different than "web"

Hi,

I'm not able to create shield resource for guard different than "web"

Not sure if it's related to Spatie\Permission or to Nova\Shield

There is no permission named `faqs::viewAny` for guard `api`. {"userId":323,"exception":"[object] (Spatie\\Permission\\Exceptions\\PermissionDoesNotExist(code: 0): There is no permission named `faqs::viewAny` for guard `api`. (...PermissionDoesNotExist.php:11)

Can you take a look?

I've added more resources directories to my config/nova-shield.php
Permissions are not createad automatically when you add or modify a "shield resource"

If you previously create all permissions by hand it works.

Does it the normal behaviour ?
