Find and Replace in files - search comments only or strings only

It would be nice if the "Look in comments" checkboxes would have three states:
off = don't search in comments
box-shaped = search in comments as well as non-comments
checked = search only comments, skipping non-comments

Same for "Look in strings"

That seems like confusing UI. I think it'd be better to add another checkbox "Look in code" which is checked by default.

That would be best! I just thought that dialog doesn't have space for an extra checkbox, at least the way it's layed out now.
