Add persistent history to Find and Replace (and F&R in Files)

Currently FD forgets find strings, replace strings, and Top folder (for F&R in Files) upon restart. It would be very convenient if these combo boxes history was persistent (at least for Top folder in F&R in Files).

This will not work very well with multi instance mode but i will have a look at this later.

I guess it could be a little tricky, but even if it works imperfectly, that would be better than none. Notepad2 simple text editor can have multiple instances, and has this feature. I'm not sure if it does it perfectly, but it's useful.

A lot of editors out there use the registry for this sort of thing, and are loading and saving the data constantly, avoiding multi-instance problems this way, but I'm not a big fan of this approach, we could use simple serialized data.
