How do I build HaxeDevelop?

This may sound like a dumb question, but how do I build HaxeDevelop? When I build FlashDevelop in Visual Studio, I get FlashDevelop - but I'd like to get HaxeDevelop instead.

https://github.com/fdorg/flashdevelop/blob/cae546111ed0505a98a421f88ad72edaa45c18aa/Distros/README.md is not, in my view, very illuminating :)

If the instructions are simple, I can submit a README PR.
