[feature] mouse wheel scrollable file tabs

Before i used FlashDevelop (its been 6 or more years) - older editors (like phpEd) had one simple feature - tab scroll with mouseWheel (Firefox uses same technique when there are too many tabs). It was essential and most useful feature ever for me while working with many multiple files. Can we implement this on FlashDevelop ? Or at least implement buttons next to tab line to scroll them.

mouseWheel should work on these tabs in red zone and scroll them if there is more opened files , than there is space for all tabs ( in my case i keep opened 33 files)
