Linked but not working

The libraries are linked but wont reference at random. FD 5.2.0 Java 8 32 & 64. Happens in both 32 and 64-bit mode. Also get occasional freezing preventing me from coding for a good 5 minutes.

Edit: Ok cool so three minutes after I launch and it loads them.

How do I toggle this on init? I tried unadding and readding them. I've never had this happen before.

Did you check your processes and happen to do any disk monitoring or look for file handles? maybe some application is abusing the hard disk? doesn't sound too normal.

How would I do that? I took this screenshot 10 seconds after a 2-minute freeze. It was hitting my CPU at 25-26 % usage but I didn't really do anything to warrant such an action except switch tabs from one Actionscript file to another. I didn't notice any other applications using any disk i/o as it was hovering around 0-5% usage.

Seems tabbing between Adobe Animate and FD has toggled it this time. Yet no crazy usage by any other applications.

Abosulutaly no disk activity from this frozen process and it's happening more often today than yesterday. It's interrupting my thought process.

Do you always work together with Animate? If so could it be some conflict between both applications?

Could you try using FD in portable mode to make sure that nothing got wrong with the settings of your current FD or that some 3rd party plugin is not breaking up anything?

Also, you say you use FD 5.2.0, what about latest dev build?

I work in parallel with animate. I have yet to use FD to launch Animate.

I have done a clean install with no other plugins but I have not tried portable mode.

I haven't been on the latest dev build. I was able to solve a lot of this by letting my workstation defrag while on lunch, but this morning I had to restart it for it to load up all the libraries I use.
