Installing AIR SDKs doesn't update platform options

This list doesn't update when we download new AIR SDKs from the "Install Software" menu (AppMan). We have to wait for the next version of FlashDevelop before the list updates. This list should not be hardcoded; it should update automatically when we download new SDKs.

@wise0704 was recently proposing to change this to a numeric stepper or similar, but I'm not sure it's the best approach, what do you think? It would be nice to generate this automatically, but there are many problems with it, for example I never used AppMan to download Flex/AIR SDKs, I did it manually or through the FlexSDK Installer. Also, what if you try to open a project with in an environment with an invalid SDK for that version? In this kind of scenarios some automatic detection system has sever inconveniences.

@Neverbirth Why not use AppMan to install SDKs? It's extremely convenient. That's also sidestepping the question, since we still need to be able to select the correct SDK regardless of how the SDK was downloaded.

Well, then the application.xml, SetupApp.sdk, and FD project will all have the wrong SDK version selected, so the numeric dropdown is hardly your biggest concern.

Note: Manually editing \Settings\Platforms\AS3\flashplayer.xml, air.xml and airmobile.xml in $(BaseDir) updates the dropdown.

As I mentioned there, if an invalid version was provided with a numeric stepper, wouldn't the compiler complain anyway?

I have edited all those files but it didn't change the dropdown. I'm using the 64-bit version of FD, if that matters.

Did you make sure to edit them in Local AppData not in Program Files? (Unless you're using a portable version.)
Also you need to restart FD if it was open, after editing the files.
