It looks like you tried to add my YOMM2 library in the past, but it did not work out (the commit is marked with "WIP"). Would you like to try again? The library can be used header-only now, it should facilitate the job.

I checked the latest yomm repository and it looks like boost >= 1.74 is required to build.

The version of boost provided by cygwin is 1.66, so it cannot be built as it is now.
