Widen typebox peerDependency to allow 0.26

typebox released version 0.26, but the peerDependency constraint prevents properly updating typebox without causing issues with the Fastify integration.

Since typebox is still at 0.x, the ^ version constraint doesn't include minor versions yet.

I'd suggest widening it to ^0.25.9 || ^0.26.0.

I'm -1. Supporting multiple versions of the same package would mean we need to run our tests across all versions (otherwise we can't guarantee we won't break things).

Frankly, I would just mark it as a dependency, re-export and drop the peerDependency.

we are not only using @sinclair/typebox to define fastify sachems. we also use @sinclair/typebox in other project parts (e.g. validating mqtt messages). cause this module uses it's own version of typebox, we may end up with two different typebox versions in our project which is not compatible with each other.

isn't better to keep @sinclair/typebox as a peer-dependencies because of this case?

This package expose whole typebox utilities, so if you are using it inside fastify project.
You don't need to explicitly install typebox yourself.

So, the answer is no for your question.

Your suggestion implies that I should always import typebox from @fastify/type-provider-typebox, even in modules unrelated to Fastify.

I have created this module to integrate Typebox with Fetch, but It's not safe to use it in a Fastify project because Fastify uses its own version/copy of Typebox.

This is precisely what peerDependencies are designed for.
