I have written a descriptive issue title
I have searched existing issues to ensure the issue has not already been raised

the fastify options do not have example of how to use them in the README. I believe adding a separate column for example would be quite good

Not sure there is a great value to add a doc for this, maybe an example that leverage a configuration file?

You probably can open a PR as an example.
