Allow users to hide or ignore keyboards in the keyboard module

Motivation

User has yubikeys or other irrelevant devices attached, and doesn't want them to be listed in keyboard output

Feature not working properly for me

Current State

Here are my config.jsonc, what my fastfetch looks like and the output of hyprctl devices.

The feature is not released yet. Did you use the dev build?

No i did not. How do I get the dev build? And when when will the feature be released for the main build?
