Created Debian install script

Good afternoon,

I wrote a Bash script that downloads the latest Debian package for the current architecture, installs it, and adds a small script named "motd.sh" to /etc/profile.d/. I made it mostly for myself as I wanted an automated way to parse the latest GitHub project releases.

The script is for Debian Linux 12 or below. Feel free to use it and provide feedback.
