Don't show title on error messages

title doesn't make much sense when an error message is being shown. It may be worthwhile to make this configurable

1. If I would have wanted to hide title on error messages I would have added F.coming.title = null; to _error method
2. I guess there are already too many options
3. Ill add something like hasErrorso you will be able to disable title onbeforeShow` event

#3 sounds like a good tradeoff. not another option but an easy hook for a power user
