Server will ignored when SSL cert will renewed.

In the folder ~/.electrumfair/certs the ssl certs of servers will stored for comparision.
In the case when the SSL cert will replaced it doesn´t matches anymore and the server will ignored. 
This feature prevents some cases of possible dns hacks but it is bad when servers renew their ssl certs regulary.

Maybe a button to reset/remove all ssl certs could be helpful.
