Update fairseq2 #33
Description
fairseq2 0.3.0rc1 is no longer available in public repositories (ie PyPi). It would be nice to get this project updated with a newer stable version - or, at least, to get the docs / configs updated with alternate indices if necessary (such as https://fair.pkg.atmeta.com)
