Improve readability

Issue
The variables width and height are used incorrectly in the interpolate_pos_encoding function, leading to potential confusion. Although the outputs remain correct, the readability of the code is compromised.

Fix
The usage of width and height has been swapped to improve readability. The outputs will remain unchanged.
