It was the only file left in
src/addons/linkand doesn't appear to be imported anywhere. It was mentioned in #7085 that it should probably be removed at some point, and I think now is that point.I checked react-native and react-art and I don't see them importing
react/lib/ReactStateSettersat all, so I think this is safe unless there's some internal use I don't know of 😉
