jsx quiet flag for "built Module()" messages

It would be nice if there was a way to make jsx < in.js > out.js stop printing built Module("<stdin>") to stderr. It isn't a helpful message and it clogs up build logs.

Agreed. We build on top of commoner so we need the fix to go in there. There's an open issue in that repo so let's move discussion there. https://github.com/reactjs/commoner/issues/64
