debug-test don't work in Windows

What is the current behavior?
Throw exception, don't run tests.
SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem. Your bug will get fixed much faster if we can run your code and it doesn't have dependencies other than React. 1. Run one of the commands:

• yarn debug-test
• yarn debug-test-persistent
• yarn debug-test-build-devtools

2. Open chrome://inspect and press “Inspect”.

What is the expected behavior?
Possibility debug tests.

Which versions of React, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of React?
React 16.2.0 and higher.
Chrome 77.0.3865.120
Windows 10.
Older version React hasn't this feature.
