Summary

• Update React DevTools frontend in third_party to 5.2.0 - React DevTools 5.1.0 -> 5.2.0 react#29022.
• Remove the line about manually updating frontend.d.ts, this is now included in the build as an artifact and should be copied from react/packages/react-devtools-fusebox.
• The build includes recent rewrite of context menus in RDT - refactor[react-devtools]: rewrite context menus react#29049.

Test plan

1. Run a local build of Metro with specifying a path to a local build of the Chrome DevTools frontend with these changes
2. Open debugger and RDT panel, validate that version 5.2.0 of RDT is used

Upstreaming plan

• This commit should be sent as a patch to the upstream devtools-frontend repo. I've reviewed the contribution guide.
• This commit is React Native-specific and cannot be upstreamed.
