LSP Rename is not working since 0.41.2

Context

I'm using pyrefly with neovim using Mason for installation.
Rename feature stopped working since 0.41.2 release

Might be related to this commit 8bb83c3, I'm building and installing the project as editable which probably makes it flagged as third party.

If I uninstall the editable project, Rename feature works again.

Hey @jules-ch, thanks for reporting this.

@jvansch1, @kinto0 could we make it so that editable projects aren't considered third-party code? I do something similar in config stuff with this
