This PR is to fix the sensor config for tps25990 VOUT for janga and tahan.
The tps25990 driver has changed the sysfs node, so need to update the sysfs node path for sensor config.
Test Plan
Running platform_manager and sensor_service and then run sensor_service_client to check the sensor value.
