Multilevel sidebar

Add multilevel in the sidebar with more than the current two levels, so, for example, you can have:
-- Advance Guide
---- Main topic 01
------ generic part of topic 01
------ specific part of topic 01
---- Main topic 02
------ generic part of topic 02
------ specific part of topic 02

Motivation

Maybe just two levels of depth are not enough for everyone (myself, for example)

Pitch

This feature won't affect anyone unless they decide so.

But can give someone else the opportunity to have a much more complex and stratified menu, without forcing them to move to another product/solution.

I believe this is supported? Just not documented. You can try adding more categories recursively like in this file.

Not sure why it wasn't documented. @lex111 do you have any context on this?

I have tried with sub-categories but it allows me to add only 1 level depth.
Is that feature available in another package or out-of-the-box on v1?
How do I enable it?

Oh I was talking about v2. It's not supported in v1 and won't be. Please use v2 instead

The v2 is still on alpha, that's why I used v1

I tried using the file from the multilevel example link above and get no warnings and no sidebar in v2. Any ideas about diagnosing this?

I haven't found a way to have one level sidebar, e.g. without category:
-- Getting started (<--- is not possible without an additional level)

We're not gonna support this in v1 unfortunately. v2 is pretty stable now as long as you don't customize it too much :)
