NPM ERR! Code ELIFECYCLE

This error is appearing again?! happens on NPM Start.

Steps to recreate -
npx create-react-app my-app
cd my-app
npm start

npm ERR! code ELIFECYCLE
npm ERR! errno 1
npm ERR! test@0.1.0 start: react-scripts start
npm ERR! Exit status 1

This is what i end up getting. Is this actually related to Eslint?

Can you share your environment using npx create-react-app --info?

Hi all - Ok, so I've resolved this, but the instructions they give aren't accurate.

When I get this error, one of the steps in their instructions is to "remove the node modules folder from the project folder". I did this, it didn't work, however, when I removed the node modules folder globally. that resolved the issue.

Any ideas why that worked?
