As I tried to report it earlier via this issue:
Grapphopper build report issues similar to this: #1591

Pillar node 13352370356 is already a tower node and used in loop, see #1533. Fix mapping for way 1459720302, nodes:[13387931550, 13387931551, 13387931552, 13352370356, 13352370356]

This kind of errors are caused by edits with Rapid 2.5.5 (and 1-2 other openstreetmap editors), another OSM editor applications are resolved the similar issues example similar reported issues : Similar issues was opened against different editors like: GoMap and Vespucci
