toSVG does not render correctly text with char spacing and underline

Steps to reproduce

Set some char spacing and underline on one of the default text block
Use toSVG button.

Expected Behavior

Line should be as in Canvas (contiunous)

Actual Behavior

The line is divided and its color is not correct

i think we are using native svg underline and that is not good.

Is the same in each browser?
If you apply both stroke and fill to text, what color does it get?

if you move textDecoration outside the tspans in the text object, how does it looks like?

and Firefox 60

(Don't mind the slightly different colors. I'm using an Adobe RGB color space , which IE cannot not correct.)

I do think we should move to custom text decorations, Since anyway it does not look like respecting colors. weird.

I wonder if charspacing was a super well supported svg feature maybe i could stop generating custom tspans?
