How to open terminal in debug mode?

This extension is truly amazing,
the only thing im missing is that i want that 1 terminal will open as Debug Terminal
is it possible?

Can you explain what a debug terminal is?

It's the kind of terminal you'll get when using VSCode's debug console, triggered by the interface in the picture.
I've been enjoying this extension too, it's very helpful in terms of productivity. Having to kill a terminal only to reopen it as a debug terminal is the only issue I have with it. If I could configure a given command to be executed in a VSC Debug Terminal it would be perfect.
