When I released So Doom 6.0, my release notes had been overridden with Crispy ones, and I had to copy them back from README.md.
Was it because of the tag trigger?

This is because of this step:

crispy-doom/.github/workflows/msys2.yml

Line 76 in a009910

- name: Release
Remove it from So Doom if you don't want automated release.
