프로젝트 상세 조회 시 좋아요 개수와 좋아요 클릭 여부 + 프로젝트 멤버 정보 포함

비로그인 상태의 클라이언트 요청에서 유저 아이디 조회 시 NullPointException 발생 -> 0을 리턴하도록 수정
