minSdkVersion of the library could be 12 rather than 15

I saw the 'minSdkVersion' of library was set to be 15, I expected to use the library in more lower one, so I checkout the code and verify that it could be set to 12. Would you like to check if it is true or not.

Theoretically it should work even back to Gingerbread (which I believe is the minimum for RecyclerView), but as per those two links https://twitter.com/minSdkVersion and https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html I don't see a reason to officially support it.
