Summary

add Qt-based unit tests for AVL, red-black, and splay trees along with application-level copy/convert behavior
configure GitHub Actions jobs to build the app, run clang-format lint, and execute the new tests
add a clang-format configuration and apply formatting across the sources

Testing

Not run (local environment missing qmake/Qt toolchain)
