This PR proposes moving the docs from the Exokit repo (https://github.com/exokitxr/exokit/tree/master/docs) to
exokit-site( https://github.com/exokitxr/exokit-site ).@Exo-bot ( https://github.com/exo-bot/exo-bot ) was automatically bumping docs, but has been retired, so having docs in this repo simplifies the manual process, removing the need to pull docs from the exokit repo.
