Improve Concept Exercise: Type Conversion (lucky numbers)

I will work on improving this exercise and concept to fit the learning curve we are aiming for, see #951 (comment).

I will also check everything fits the latest specs etc.

I saw that although an exercise exists there is also this open issue about creating one: #947. I will consider the content mentioned there when working on this.
