Use env variable for conda dependencies

          I think, this is actually totally wrong for the conda container.  I think, we actually need fetch all dependencies via environment variables.

Currently, we use @ssl only for the Java language in the UDF client, see here.
As we don't build the UDF client with Java support for now in the Conda based flavors, I'am not sure if it's worth the effort.
