Use proper Bazel modules for separate repositories #1336
Description
Background
Currently, script-languages and script-languages-release use one Bazel modul, and include the exaudfclient module as "inline" module. We should create proper Bazel modules, which are re-used in script-languages and script-languages-release.
Acceptance Criteria:
Switch from "inline" Bazel module to real Bazel modules for separation of exaudfclient.
