Use slow-wrapper for template cuda flavor #1228
Description
Background
The slow-wrapper sets the cuda compat shared library path correctly in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. This is important for the template-Exasol-8-python-3.10-cuda-conda if the SLC gets instaleld on a host system with older Nvidia drivers.
Acceptance
template-Exasol-8-python-3.10-cuda-conda uses the slow-wrapper as udf client binary.
