Fix test configs for pandas fast tests

Following `ci.json` files point to wrong directory:

`pandas/all` needs to be replaced with `pandas/all/fast`

- [ ] [standard-all](https://github.com/exasol/script-languages-release/blob/9c091354d9e0a6aef1cc6ceb98591245e48bff32/flavors/standard-EXASOL-all/ci.json#L38) (repo SLCR)


Additionally the standard-all flavor lacks the pandas slow tests.


**Note**: The conda based flavors have the correct configurations.
