Update pytorch and reactivate CVE-2025-47273 #1146
Description
Background
In #1145 we needed to ignore CVE-2025-47273.
We should remove the ignore statement, as soon as a newer version of pytorch is available on conda-forge, which compatible with setuptools >= 78.1.1.
Acceptance Criteria
The security scan for flavor test-Exasol-8-cuda-ml runs without the ignore statement for CVE-2025-47273.
