Pandas Memory leakage tests failing frequently

The tests we added as part of #902 are failing since 2025-01-28 frequently on AWS CI Builds. 
Need to analyze the root cause.

Only changed 3rd party dependencies: Git and "Python3-dev"

According to changelog the new Python package does not have any changes which could cause this issue, see here:
