✨ Add security linter results to workflow summary #248

Summary
We have successfully integrated a task for evaluating and reporting security-relevant linting (nox -s security). However, the GitHub workflow summary currently only shows the rating and lacks a detailed report.
Details
We need to enhance the GitHub workflow summary by adding a Security section that includes the detailed security report. This section should be integrated within the existing report workflow.
Update the report workflow to include a Security section which displays the detailed security linting report.
