Add script to generate Google Financial News Analysis prompt

Added Finance/generate_news_prompt.py to automate the creation of the financial news analysis prompt by filling in placeholders in Finance/financial_news_prompt.md.
Added Finance/test_generate_news_prompt.py to test the generator script.
The generator allows users to specify keyword, time range, region, and focus area via command line arguments.
