Added `Finance/generate_news_prompt.py` to automate the creation of the financial news analysis prompt based on user inputs. Also added a test script `Finance/test_generate_news_prompt.py` to verify the functionality. The script uses the template from `Finance/financial_news_prompt.md`.

Finance/generate_news_prompt.pythat reads theFinance/financial_news_prompt.mdtemplate and fills in the placeholders (Keyword, Time Range, Region, Focus) based on command-line arguments. This allows for quick generation of customized prompts for financial news analysis.
