Add and automate Google Financial News Analysis Prompt

Added the standardized 'Google Financial News Analysis' prompt in Traditional Chinese to Finance/financial_news_prompt.md. Created a companion script Finance/generate_news_prompt.py to allow users to generate customized prompts by providing keywords, time ranges, and other parameters via command line.
