[Feature Request] [GUI] inporovements in pop-up window on new connection rule creation

when new connection initiated opensnitch-ui pop-ups a window

I ask and believe community will appreciate that

1. pop-up window should be resizable, size is persistent between opensnitch-ui restarts and system reboots
2. field destination ip wanna be extended to full width of window
3. value of field executed from is extended for full width of window - if that still not enough to keep full text let it show multiline tooltip with full content and let it be scrolled horizontally (such as long code lines scrolled in github)
4. field of cmdline which tryies to access network is often small - let it be scrollable
5. add field name of new rule to create
6. add button to goto NEW RULE window/view
7. or just change this pop-up window to window NEW RULE with already has all enough
