Why

The node attestation bindings refer to the deprecated Cages instead of Enclaves. We're updating the bindings to refer to Enclaves both in the API and the documentation.

How

Update node bindings api to expose attestEnclave in place of attestCage, and remove deprecated attestConnection function from node API.
