[update demo] icub Breathers with icub visualisation

update the icub visualisation demo to optionally easily turn on some robot motion to easily "showcase" the cameras, but at the same time have the robot doing something

• regular actions with the breathers funnyThings
• some typical actions that showcase the cameras, e.g. microsaccades as part of the eye motion
