Should fix issues discussed in #6963 and already mentioned in #5836

  • Remove workaround of overlayed session start/stop
  • Reads initial state from charger
  • Supports RFID & App/OCPP (need manual session authorization first) and Plug&Charge-Mode (autostart of session) now

@premultiply Die Ladung startete erst, nachdem ich die Box fest auf "Plug and Charge" umgestellt habe.

Nach einer Unterbrechung der Ladung wurde diese aber erst nach einem Wechsel der Stromstärke wieder aufgenommen. Also gleiches Verhalten wie in der bisherigen Version.

Dann braucht es wohl noch einen Firmware-Fix...

Ich verwende jetzt erstmal meine Version. Mit der läuft die Ladung Problemlos und es gibt keine Fehlermeldungen. Auch kann ich nicht erkennen wo die Session unterbrochen wird. Solange der Stecker steckt, werden alle Ladezyklen zusammengefasst im Ladelog vermerkt. Vielleicht schaust du dir die Version ja nochmal an 😀

getestet mit rfid-modus: OK

  • stecker: rein -> rfid wird benötigt (diode grün)
  • evcc: schnell (rfid benötig)
  • evcc: aus (rfid benötigt) soweit so gut
  • rfid aktiviert -> (diode rot)
  • display -> zeigt 0A Ladestrom (soweit so gut :) )
  • evcc: sofort -> laden beginnt
  • evcc: aus -> laden stoppt (display zeigt 0A), bleibt rot.
  • evcc: schnell -> laden beginnt wieder

scheint so zu sein wie es gewollt ist. morgen/sonntag stell ich mal auf plug2charge um und teste erneut

Danke fürs Testen!
Vielleicht könntest du dabei auch im Debug-Log mal schauen ob die Box den eingebauten Resync-Mechanismus braucht.
Dazu sollte es eindeutige Logeinträge geben wenn dies erforderlich ist. Inbesondere bei Ladefreigabe/Ladeunterbrechung seitens evcc hat es ja so ausgesehen als ob die Box dort ab und an Stromänderungen verpasst.
Das könnte aber auch ein unbedeutender Nebeneffekt gewesen sein der durch das initiale Lesen des Box-Zustands nun ggf. behoben ist.

@premultiply liege ich damit richtig? Wenn die Bedingungen stimmen, schickt evcc ein "charger enable", unabhängig ob die Wallbox per RFID freigeschaltet ist oder nicht.
Hintergrund: Das könnte ich dann per MQTT abfragen und von extern die RFID-Freigabe schicken.
Ich möchte vermeiden, dass die Box tagelang im "charging" Modus hängt.

Plug and charge geht auch.

Debug logs hole ich mir vllt morgen, hab jetzt den pr gerebased ggn Master laufen, da wird auch der ioniq5 erkannt.

@VolkerK62 ist ja eigentlich egal ob sie mit plug and charge da hängt, wenn evcc im default auf "aus" steht. Durch die Fahrzeugerkennung wird nur dein Fahrzeug mit den anderen Modi aktiviert..

Somit wird bei fremden Fahrzeugen nix geladen, bis du es dann frei gibst. (über den evcc Modus)

@premultiply also ich bin jetzt im plug and charge modus unterwegs.

habe diverse kombinationen getestet, kabel ab, kabel ran, evcc start, evcc stop...

die logs sind sehr schweigsam, was current sync missmatch angeht, vermutlich wird es nicht benoetigt..

Prima, vielen Dank fürs Testen!

Interessant wäre noch diese Sequenz ohne PV-Produktion (nachts):
Aus, Min+PV, Aus, Sofort

Bei Sofort muss dann auch mit maxcurrent (16A) geladen werden und nicht mit mincurrent (6A).

Wenn da auch kein Eintrag im Debug-Log erscheint ist der Sync-Check wirklich obsolet und hatte nur mit dem vormals verwendeten Session Start/Stop interferiert.

Perfekt. Dann räume ich morgen mal hier auf und am Ende ist es alles ganz einfach und fast wie überall.

Dann würde ich eigentlich nur noch gerne den RFID-Reader dazu bringen den für die Authentifizierung benutzen Identifier auch per Modbus verfügbar zu machen.
Die Doku ist da etwa merkwürdig...

@paschdan das mit der Erkennung ist mir schon klar. (Die Idee mit der Ladeklappe ist von mir),
Bei mir steht das Auto teilweise mehrere Tage und ist durchgehend angesteckt.
Hast du auch mal getestet, auf minpv/schnell zu schalten und danach erst mit RFID freizugeben?

Wenn ich das aus den Logs richtig lese, dann wird mit charger enable auch sofort die richtige Stromstärke geschickt und nicht (so wie aktuell) erst 6A und dann die richtige hinterher.

Die Beschriftung der Box-UI ist eher irreführend.
"Charge" bzw. "Charging" bedeutet hier eher "Ladung autorisiert". Andernfalls eher "Warte auf Autorisierung" oder "Bitte anmelden".
Es geht also nur um die Freischaltung des Ladepunkts.

Die Autorisierung bzw. die autorisierte Session endet mit dem Abstecken. Das ist völlig normal.

Das Auslesen des verwendeten RFID identifier müsste mal bitte noch zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt getestet werden:

Box-Modbus "RFID", NICHT Plug&Charge. evcc-Modus "aus". Fahrzeug anstecken. Mit RFID-Karte freischalten.
Dann evcc charger --log trace --diagnose.

Mmmpf. Irgendwie funktioniert das dann wohl auch immer noch nicht so wie in der Schnittstellenbeschreibung angegeben.

Aber vielleicht wird das ja noch irgendwann oder jemand findet heraus wie es denn tatsächlich funktioniert. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Wird ggf. der Firmwareentwickler beantworten können.
